I established Bliss Health and Wellness over 15 years ago, to help women live their best lives.

I am a Certified Life and Business Coach, Access Bars Practitioner and Reiki Master, crystal & Angelic healer.

I specialize in working with women who are stepping into a new life phase after raising their children or now have time to invest in themselves. As a stay at home mum myself for 18 years, I know how it feels to be totally dependant on your spouse for your income and how important it is for you to have your own identity and income.

Through coaching and healing programmes, I help you re-connect with your inner spark, move forward with confidence in your new phase of life, set and achieve goals and heal and clear any blocks that may be affecting your self-esteem and confidence.
