Happy Valentines ❤️ Here’s something tasty to sweeten your day. If you love peanut butter and chocolate then this is the perfect treat for you!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites!

50g 70% dark chocolate
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (no added sugar)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

Melt the chocolate in a bowl or microwave. Spoon a tiny bit of melted chocolate into each mini paper cup cases. Spread evenly to cover the bottom. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Take the tray out of the fridge, add a small dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate base, then pour the remaining melted chocolate over each cup to seal. Add a tiny sprinkle of sea salt on top. Pop into the fridge for another 10-15 minutes until firm. Store in the fridge. Enjoy ❤️
