Hi! I'd love for you to join me at one of my upcoming classes soon!

My names Mark, I'm a 200hr qualified yoga instructor and musician and love to teach people about how we can become more in-tune with ourselves through movement and breathing techniques.

Really looking forward to starting a new yoga class term next Thursday (March 6th) 🙂
Time: 7-8pm
New Venue: St Killians Scout Hall, clondalkin Village

Classes are suitable for all levels!

Will be running a 6 week block, drop ins welcome 🙂
