you can take the step even with shaking hands because courage isn't the absence of fear. courage is taking action in the presence of fear and every time you do that every time you act, despite the fear, you become stronger, you build your courage muscle you prove to yourself that you're more powerful than your fear.

Let me tell you something else you are going to die one day I'm not saying this to be morbid, I'm saying this to wake you up.

you have a limited amount of time on this earth. You don't know how much time but it's limited and when you're on your deathbed, you're not going to regret the things you tried and failed at, you're going to regret the things you never tried.

You're going to regret playing small. You're going to regret not expressing yourself fully you're going to regret not taking the chances you're going to regret not following your heart.

Don't wait until you're dying to realize how precious this life is, don't wait until it's too late to start living the way you truly want to live start now. Start today. Start in this moment. Make the decision right now that you're going to stop settling, stop compromising, stop playing small. Make the decision that you're going to honour yourself , honour your dreams, honour your truth."
