Good evening Guys!
I hope you had a fabulous spring weekend!

As you might have guessed, I visited the Mind Body Experience exhibition in RDS.
Among hundreds of exhibitors I met old friends and made new ones! Incredible!!
Together with my Best Friend, I discovered new wellness products, places and treatments.

Have you heard about Bee Bed therapy???
Fascinating! I use honey wound dressings in my practice and honey in my cooking, but bee sound therapy is something completely new to me and I must further explore it. Its an organic, natural healing frequency! Already on my list of places to visit

We also had a great time at the lectures and workshops. I bet it's the only place you can experience things like this for free!!

I highly recommend you visit this place next time in autumn. There are similar events in Cork and Galway. Keep an eye at mindbodyexperience.ie

Dubliners have a chance to spend it in a sophisticated way in RDS!

Every year there is an amazing, free, exhibition called MIND BODY EXPERIENCE!
It starts this afternoon and ends on Sunday!
Among hundreds of exhibitors, lectures and workshops take place every 45 minutes located in designated zones.
This is something I love. To discover new paths to enhance my private and professional life!

Today, a few thoughts on polyester
We live in the era of plastic, sometimes called the Plastocen.

Synthetic fibres like polyester, elastin nylon, modal, polyurethane are commonly used not only in the clothing industry, but also in medicine.. Unfortunately they are not healthy.

In addition to transmitting very low energy frequencies they leach micro and nanoparticles which are absorbed through the skin to the bloodstream. They are especially dangerous when combined with heat. They also block the sebaceous glands preventing the release of toxins, causing numerous health issues...
Think about it next time you go shopping.

Remember: if you want be healthy and maintain beautiful healthy skin use natural fabrics such as linen, silk organic cotton, wool, h**p, specially when comes to bed linens, pijamas, underwear, socks, sportswear....it is wiser to have 2 organic cotton t-shirts than 10 polyester ones and 1 leather shoes than 5 plastic ones

Elderly and people with skin conditions should pay special attention to this!

I have a dream to have dressings made of linen, organic cotton, silk or h**p...

Żyjemy w erze plastiku, czasami nazywanej Plastocenem.

Włókna syntetyczne, takie jak poliester, elastan, nylon, modal czy poliuretan, są powszechnie używane nie tylko w przemyśle odzieżowym, ale także w medycynie. Niestety nie są zdrowe.

Oprócz tego, że przenoszą bardzo niskie częstotliwości energii, uwalniają mikro- i nanocząsteczki, które wchłaniają się przez skórę do krwiobiegu. Są szczególnie niebezpieczne w połączeniu z ciepłem. Blokują również gruczoły łojowe, uniemożliwiając usuwanie toksyn i powodując liczne problemy zdrowotne…
Pomyśl o tym następnym razem, gdy pójdziesz na zakupy.

Pamiętaj: jeśli chcesz być zdrowy i utrzymać piękną, zdrową skórę, wybieraj naturalne tkaniny, takie jak len, jedwab, bawełna organiczna, wełna czy konopie — szczególnie jeśli chodzi o pościel, piżamy, bieliznę, skarpetki czy odzież sportową. Rozsądniej jest mieć 2 koszulki z organicznej bawełny niż 10 poliestrowych oraz jedną parę skórzanych butów zamiast 5 plastikowych.

Osoby starsze i osoby z problemami skórnymi powinny zwrócić na to szczególną uwagę!

I thought I would write about its benefits in wound healing.

Ancient wisdom such as Ayurveda places the Sun on the pedestal for health and wellbeing. In relation to wound healing, sunlight stimulates vit D synthesis, boosting immunity and the release of nitric oxide which improves blood flow to the wound, delivering oxygen and nutrients essential for healing.

We need the sun! Sun is life!
Years ago, when natural healing methods were the dominant method, hospitals had balconies on which couches were placed, and patients must have spent time there as a part of the treatment. It was called heliotherapy.

Vitamin D3 is essential for our health and requires sunlight for its synthesis!
Vit D deficiency weakens the immune system, leads to bone fragility, low mood, cancer and many more problems!
Ensure you spend at least 30 minutes a day outdoors. If you live in not-sunny country, supplement Vit D3 together with K2 and magnesium.
Enjoy sunshine and do not block it! ❌

Hi All,

Last week I told you about importance of a healthy skin microbiome for maintaining its health, preventing diseases and promoting wound healing.

Today I will tell you how to nourish our microbiota.

First of all you need to know the difference in between prebiotics and probiotics.

PROBIOTICS are live microorganisms that are crucial to maintain good health.
PREBIOTICS are non-digestible fibers and compounds found in certain foods that promote the activity and growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut or skin.

In short: prebiotics are food for probiotics.

Nowadays the role of the microbiome in human health is broadly discussed and research into the use of probiotic in skin topical products are extensive.

Although topical applications have some benefits, delivering all necessary nutrients from raw, whole, organic food is crucial.

We should consume probiotics to replenish our microbiome, while also delivering prebiotics to keep it flourish.

Probiotics you can find in all sort of fermented food such as, sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir (the best made of water, goat milk), kombucha. All of these products you can prepare at home with a little knowledge and courage. Live kefir & kombucha grains you can buy online or in health shops such as Hopsack in Rathmines, Dublin.
You can ferment many more vegetables such like beetroot
cucumbers..., they are delicious..

Prebiotics are: asparagus, carrot, garlic, Jerusalem artichoke, jicama, leek, onion, radish, tomato
