Daily intimate care...
Life becomes miserable when discomfort in intimate areas occur.
Symptoms may include dryness, stinging, itchiness, burning. These is often accompanied by microdamage to the mucous membrane or candidiasis.
What can cause these unpleasant condition?
Firstly, toooo much hygiene!!! YES overcleaning leads to destroying protective acid mantle & microbiome.
Secondly, all the fancy, fragranced co-called intimate care products damage delicate mucous membranes !!!
Thirdly, sugar and processed food causes microbiome dysbiosis leading to skin issues.
Solution is simple :
* Remember, there aren't tons of dirt or pathogens there
* Cleanse using purified water if possible
* Rinse using organic apple cider vinegar mixed with water a few times a week to maintain acidic environment. Mix 1 tbsp of vinegar with a glass of water.
* Be gentle, rinse don't scrub
* Apply raw, organic coconut oil as a moisturizer if necessary
* Wear cotton underwear
* Use organic cotton hygienic products such pads or tampons'. You can get them in health shops.
Remember that ordinary hygienic products are bleached and infused with chemicals.
* Eat probiotics and prebiotics kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, leek, chicory, radish, garlic.
