Breathing is our basic life function. Our first breath welcomes us to the world, and our last one bids us farewell..

A while ago I learned about Patrick McKeown, who promotes the Buteyko breathing technique, helping adults and children to practice functional breathing not only to overcome debilitating conditions but also to improve their overall health.

He also developed MyoTape to tackle mouth breathing and snoring.

He runs variety of workshops for individuals and professionals.

Daily intimate care...

Life becomes miserable when discomfort in intimate areas occur.

Symptoms may include dryness, stinging, itchiness, burning. These is often accompanied by microdamage to the mucous membrane or candidiasis.

What can cause these unpleasant condition?

Firstly, toooo much hygiene!!! YES overcleaning leads to destroying protective acid mantle & microbiome.

Secondly, all the fancy, fragranced co-called intimate care products damage delicate mucous membranes !!!

Thirdly, sugar and processed food causes microbiome dysbiosis leading to skin issues.

Solution is simple :

* Remember, there aren't tons of dirt or pathogens there
* Cleanse using purified water if possible
* Rinse using organic apple cider vinegar mixed with water a few times a week to maintain acidic environment. Mix 1 tbsp of vinegar with a glass of water.
* Be gentle, rinse don't scrub
* Apply raw, organic coconut oil as a moisturizer if necessary
* Wear cotton underwear
* Use organic cotton hygienic products such pads or tampons'. You can get them in health shops.

Remember that ordinary hygienic products are bleached and infused with chemicals.

* Eat probiotics and prebiotics kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, leek, chicory, radish, garlic.

Nie czekaj na specjalna okazje, czas, wakacje, spokoj... zacznij dzis!

Kiedy siedzisz w medytacji i twój umysł mówi: „Nie dasz rady, za trudne, więc przestań” — to jest medytacja.

Zostając, stajesz się zaznajomiony z tymi myślami. Obserwujesz je — mimo że ciało chce wstać, sprawdzić telefon, zająć się czymkolwiek innym.

Nie chodzi o to, żeby umysł był cichy. Chodzi o to, żebyś ty ponad twój program. Żebyś zauważył automatyczną reakcję — i nie poszedł za nią.

Każda chwila w której zostajesz zamiast uciekać buduje nowe połączenie w mózgu. Osłabia stare.

Nie oceniaj swoich medytacji przez to, czy były "spokojne". Oceniaj je przez to, czy udało ci się wysiedzieć ze sobą.
