Welcome to AG Physio. Situated at my home, 1 mile from Dunkineely village, I provide specialist assessment and evidence-based treatment for all musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. First appointments are up to 60 minutes long, while follow-up appointments are up to 45 minutes long - this allows more time for a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan, to help clients overcome their pain, regain their full function, and achieve their goals.
About me: After graduating with a first-class degree from Plymouth University in 2015, I worked in London for the next 7 years, gaining valuable experience in a range of hospital and community settings. Prior to returning home to Donegal, I had been working as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, with particular interest in the areas of sports rehab, back and neck pain, post-operative rehab, arthritis, joint replacements, shoulder rehab, chronic pain, and rheumatological disorders. Post-graduate qualifications have included Acupuncture, Strength & Conditioning for Therapists, and Rehabilitation of Back Pain. I am also regularly attending new courses and reading the latest research, to ensure my clinical skills and knowledge are consistent with the highest evidence-based physiotherapy standards.
