✨ Our wonderful Linda explaining the tradition & stories about the dishes she brought in for our Taste of the Nations. The cheese she brought is from her home town of Talsi in Latvia , its a very famous cheese & exported far and wide 🌍 Linda's father is involved in the production of it. We can confirm its delicious 😋😋

❤🤍🌍To kick off Culture Week we held a "Taste of the Nations" in the office yesterday. We had 3 countries represented . Representing Ireland 🇮🇪 Our Caregiver Emma Gargan made the most delicious brown bread, Geraldine Smith brought tasty sweet treats that represented Northern Ireland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and we had our lovely Linda who represented her home country of Latvia 🇱🇻 with a traditional Christmas dish , rye bread with cheese from her local town and cottage cheese pancakes . ❤🤍🌍
