Gentle Start presents… “The Moonlit Circles Series” 🌙
There’s a different kind of pace waiting for you here…. one where you don’t have to keep up, push through, or figure everything out. One where you can just arrive as you are 🤍
These circles are a space to slow down, breathe, connect, and to gently come back to yourself.
Every two weeks (with the New & Full Moon 🌑🌕 as our quiet guides) we will take some time to reflect, release what’s been heavy, and reconnect with what you actually need ✨🫶🏻
You will begin to understand the rhythm of the moon… its cycles, its phases, and the different energies each one brings.
You will start working with those cycles instead of against them 😓 You will start to notice when it’s time to slow down, when it’s time to take action, and how to move through your life with more ease and flow.
