Gentle Start presents… “The Moonlit Circles Series” 🌙

There’s a different kind of pace waiting for you here…. one where you don’t have to keep up, push through, or figure everything out. One where you can just arrive as you are 🤍

These circles are a space to slow down, breathe, connect, and to gently come back to yourself.

Every two weeks (with the New & Full Moon 🌑🌕 as our quiet guides) we will take some time to reflect, release what’s been heavy, and reconnect with what you actually need ✨🫶🏻

You will begin to understand the rhythm of the moon… its cycles, its phases, and the different energies each one brings.

You will start working with those cycles instead of against them 😓 You will start to notice when it’s time to slow down, when it’s time to take action, and how to move through your life with more ease and flow.

What to expect:

✨ Guided meditations & visualisations to help you land, settle and connect
✨ Gentle nervous system regulation to bring you out of “go mode”
✨ Reflection prompts to help you check in with where you’re at
✨ Intention setting aligned with the current moon phase
✨ Insight into the moon’s cycles and how they influence your energy
✨ A calm, supportive space with no pressure to share

What you’ll take away:

Such a lovely class this morning in Yoga Well, Dunshaughlin 💛

Our focus this morning was on ‘surrendering’ ✨

Softening the body, easing the mind, and letting go of the need to control.

There’s something special about sharing that kind of space together, where the energy feels calm and supportive.

And just as important as receiving that energy is sending it back….with gratitude, presence, and care 🤍

I wanted to share a little more insight into my Sunday morning Gentle Reset classes and what they’re really all about 🤍

These sessions are a chance to slow down, breathe,reconnect with yourself, and settle your nervous system in a calm, supportive space. You get the chance to do this alongside a gorgeous community of like-minded people too 🤍✨

🕯 Sundays 9–10am (Starting 12th April) & Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm (Starting 29th April)
