How well does Charlene Judge look! (second photo taken today)
We are all only human and being mother to 3 kids and everyday life can sometimes throw us off our targets. When this happens we are here to help you refocus and get back on track.
Over the past couple of months Charlene has returned to her target weight and achieved the following results:
Body fat has dropped an amazing 4%,
Gained 2 pounds of lean healthy muscle mass,
Hydration level has increased by 6%,
Metabolic age has dropped by 10 years (and now showing younger than she is)
Visceral fat (Fat around inner organs) is now in the 'excellent category' of 1-4
All of which was achieved with dedication as well as starting her day the healthy way with a Herbalife nutritious shake, (consisting of 25 vitamins and minerals) a Herbalife tea and a shot of Aloe Vera while following a healthy meal plan for the rest of the day.

Congratulations to our member and good friend Kevin Carey who ran in the Dublin City Marathon last weekend. Wow!that's 5 marathons completed in 6 months.... this man is a machine 😊
