Just keep showing up!!
They say consistency is the key to achieve your goals! Well that statement couldnt be more true when it comes to chasing down your fitness targets!
A couple of do's and donts when it comes to working towards that 'elusive' end goal :
Do ✅️
▪︎ Have a workout plan in place! This is like a blueprint to which you have to follow. Dipping in and out will give you so so results, so why not structure your workouts and reap the benefits. This way you can go all out and get the best bang for your buck.
▪︎ Look to dial in your nutrition! Its being said a thousand times but food really is fuel for the body! Supplying your body with healthy proteins, carbs and fats will be your friend. Oh and that whole thing of healthy food is 'bland' is outplayed, with so many variety of great tasting foods you really are spoilt for choice.

▪︎ Do not be afraid to challenge yourself in the gym! Are you looking to add lean muscle? Well dont be afraid to bump up the weight and grow the muscle! Wanna lose weight? Well then why not challenge yourself by adding in an extra 10 or 15 mins of cardio?
▪︎ Do not quit showing up to the gym when you dont see results immediately! Like anything worth having in life it will take time and a little effort to achieve.
Fitness is like a character! The gym is the setting to level up the character with all different attributes to help sculpt the best possible character possible.
Moving your body is a privilege, so why not get working towards becoming the best you that is humanely possible!!
