Apple and strawberry pancakes πŸ₯ž πŸŽπŸ“

Post workout meal and it was a game changer 🀀
429 calories 33g protein 10g fats and 54g carbohydrates

Ingredients:
1 medium apple (cut in half keep some aside for topping the rest for in the mix )
40g oat flour
25g whey protein
Heaped teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
30g 0% fat Greek yogurt
My protein vanilla protein drops
3 medium strawberries chopped
10g caramel
Teaspoon of cinnamon

Recipe
Mix together egg , vanillas drops and Greek yoghurt and put into blender
Followed by oat flour , baking powder , protein powder and half the apple chopped finely .

Preheat the pan spray with frylite and cook.

With the other half of the apple put into a pan with a drizzle of water and your cinnamon until a nice soft consistency

Plate up your pancakes , assemble your apple and strawberries and drizzle with caramel and viola
It’s that simple and soooo worth it the perfect post workout meal / Saturday brunch to keep you full and ready for the day ahead πŸ’•

Helen came to me looking to find the fittest and healthiest version of herself she started off by taking part in one of my 8 week challenges and from there has continued to work with me and I couldn’t be more proud of the hard work and determination she has put into this πŸ’• she has pushed her training , went out of her comfort zone to try new foods and is now running 20+ kms weekly πŸ’ͺ not only is she down close to 10kg but she has started to feel comfortable in her own skin and has gained skills and healthier habits that can fit in to her busy life πŸ₯³ .
