At Platinum Homecare, we believe every step counts. Just as Ireland Lights Up brings communities together through walking, our caregivers encourage gentle daily activity to support independence and wellbeing at home.

Ireland Lights Up began on the 7th of January 2026, with participating clubs hosting community walks for up to five weeks — each setting their own schedule based on volunteer capacity.
