It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Joy O’Connell.

Joy was a valued member of our Platinum Homecare family, serving as a dedicated Care Scheduler and an essential part of our Support Team.

She always had a smile on her face and brought great happiness and warmth to her role every single day. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care for both clients and staff touched everyone who had the privilege of working with her.

Joy’s positivity and gentle nature made a meaningful impact on all of us, and her loss is felt deeply across our entire team.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Joy’s family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

May she rest in peace. 💙
