We had a lovely circle tonight at The Song House, working shamanically with the element Air. There's just something so healing about connecting in this way. I arrived this evening with a whole lot of inner turbulence and I came home feeling restored and inspired. That's the beauty of the work. Thanks to the lovely people who joined so fully in the work tonight.

Imeant to take a photo of the altar but, as usual, I forgot. Anyway, next week is the last in this series of sessions and we'll be focusing on the element Fire. There are still places in the circle, so give me a shout if you'd like to join.

Yes, it's dark and rainy but after six hours of healing work it feels great to breathe some fresh air and get some lovely cleansing energy from the rain and the waterfall (yes, Dunlewey waterfall is in the picture too). So grateful for all the lovely work today. Sincere thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello or receive a treatment, to all the other stall-holders, and of course to Máire and Linda for their great work in organising the whole thing. Another good day at the office! ☺️

I've just added another guided meditation to my YouTube channel. This one is from Stephen Levine's wonderful book, 'A Year To Live': a book that's not just about preparing to die but about really fully living. This meditation is entitled 'Original Face Contemplation'. It's just under 8 mins long and it's a great one if you like a meditation that helps you feel expansive and connected to your vastness.
