With only one week remaining of our current shamanic circle and considering how much the participants have enjoyed it, I've decided to run another block of four evenings.

This is a space in which to explore shamanism and participate in a healing community. So far, we've had a mix of people who are new to shamanism, experienced practitioners, and those in between.

In this block of four sessions, we will work with the Four Directions (North, South, East and West), discovering how they can support us in our daily life. The sessions will include journeying with the drum, ceremony, nature connection, working with spirits, healing and connection in circle.

Who is it for?

•For those experienced in shamanic work who want to regularly connect in circle with others

•For those who are interested in personal development, healing and earth-centred spirituality

In shamanic healing, all things are seen as connected and part of the whole: the body, mind and spirit, yes, but also the ancestors, the land, all of time and space. As such, it can be a useful way of approaching all manner of issues: physical, emotional, relational, material, spiritual. Each session is different, following the guidance of the moment.

I also offer sound healing, primarily using tuning forks and voice but including a range of instruments. It is particularly good for relaxation and emotional release and for supporting the body at the cellular level.

Sessions usually last around an hour and cost €60.

I'm in Gweedore on Fridays and I can also do a session in your home (with travel costs if you are outside the local area) or healing from a distance.

So lovely to make brídeoga with these lovely folk, this morning. Such a simple and fun activity and a great way to set an intention for the year.

Well now, 2026, I think you're going to be a gorgeous year. Had my first group event of the year last night- a shamanic circle in the Song House- and it was just beautiful. I feel so lucky that I get to do this deeply nourishing work with such lovely people. I think there's two or three places left for next week and all the details are on my page and on my website. May these last days of January carry you gently into more joy, love and peace.

In preparation for Brigid's Day, we gather to create our Brídeog. We will each set an intention and then make a simple, wee doll, which will hold that intention for us throughout the year.
The Brídeog can be made from a variety of materials and no special skills are required. Rushes, sticks and scraps of fabric are commonly used. Some materials will be provided but do bring along any materials you would like to use in your Brídeog. Natural materials are best, so if you're bringing fabric go for cotton, silk or wool, if possible. We will tie, wrap, weave, sew or stick our materials together to create our doll, so don't worry if you don't have any sewing skills. This is a simple craft which anyone can do.

Dear friends, my new year commitment for 2026 is to really, actively mind my own energy so I can spend more and more time in that lovely, relaxed space of joy and peace. To that end, I'm pulling away back from social media; gifting myself time and peace. I'll still post about upcoming events for the next while but if you're interested in keeping in the loop with what I'm offering, it's probably best to join my mailing list. I send out an email about once a month with all the news about gatherings and course. You can message me or text 0857853699 with your email address for that.

I'll still be in Tonn Na Beatha on Fridays offering one-to-one sessions. Healing in your home is another option, as is healing from a distance.

The shamanic circle starts up on Monday 26th, 7-9pm, and there's still a few places on that but booking is essential. Book the four sessions for €40 or a single week for €15.

And for anyone feeling stressed, watch out for a lovely self-care day on Valentine's Day. My wonderful friend, Sinead Casey and I have cooked up a gorgeous day retreat at The Well Lane. Watch out for that post in the next day or two as we're keeping this to a small group.
