Just 2 months in and she’s blown away by her results!

✨ This day 3 years ago, the lovely Maria Coughlan walked through the doors of Kent Street Nutrition and started her journey! ✨

I first came along to a Nutrition Open Night at Kent Street Nutrition on Sept 4th after seeing Martina’s amazing results.

“Before I joined Kent Street Nutrition, I was feeling overweight, unhappy and honestly… stuck. I had tried so many times to do it on my own but I kept failing, and deep down I knew I needed help.

The day I saw JennieO'Flahertys post and her amazing results, something clicked. I picked up the phone straight away, and when she told me about the plan I just thought, why not me too?

On March 25th, Adrian Tanner and I walked up those stairs for our Wellness Evaluation, and truthfully… we were sceptical. But after that chat, we walked back down bursting with excitement to start. And we have never looked back.
