THIS cake is my absolute favourite! I made a gluten free vanilla sponge with strawberry and prosecco silky buttercream filled with fresh strawberries and strawberry and Prosecco sauce. The biggest compliment is always when people who don’t need to eat gluten free ask can you make them cakes after they taste them! 🥰🥰🥰
