💡 Create mindful routines: Morning stretches, evening gratitude lists, or even 10 mins of quiet reflection.
🥗 Prioritise well-being: Fuel your body with nourishing food, rest well, and protect your energy.
🌸 Embrace positivity: Speak kindly to yourself and surround yourself with uplifting people and content.

For me, I have signed up for adult swimming lessons! I'm totally out of my comfort zone, but I know the long-term results are going to be hugely beneficial for me.
