Ah stop, this morning was pure gas altogether 😄 .lin.1848, one of our own from the studio landed in with a bag full of chicken leg socks for the whole gang, just to mark the Halloween buzz. Fair play to her, the woman’s heart is as big as her laugh!

We all threw them on, legs lookin’ like they were ready for the oven, and sure the giggles started before we even hit the mats. It was like bein’ back in school, no notions, just good old-fashioned messin’ and belly laughs. We did the whole class with our chicken legs flappin’ about, and I swear, the craic was mighty.

It’s mad how a daft little thing like novelty socks can bring people together. Felt like magic in the room, everyone just lettin’ go and havin’ the craic. Big shout out to Nicole for the kindness, and to the whole crew for leanin’ into the madness. I’m tellin’ ya, I’m blessed out of it to call this work.

In India, Guru Purnima, a festival observed on the full moon and is the traditional day to honour yoga gurus and a day for expressing gratitude to all teachers, especially those who guide individuals on their spiritual and yoga paths. I’m a day late celebrating my own teachers as the full moon was last night but it’s never too late really, is it? These beautiful souls in the photos here with me have and continue to be my guides & teachers in the journey of Yoga. I feel very lucky to have met the teachers I have and to be learning true, traditional Yoga. This is my forever path and my heart bursts with gratitude.
