Moms deserve everyday care not just one day🤍
The bond that give mothers a superpower 🤍
Science behind the bond between the mother and her child.

Outstanding research has shown that during pregnancy, cells of the fetus often migrate through the placenta, taking up residence in many areas of the mother’s body. These cross-generational transfers are bidirectional. As fetal cells cross the placenta into maternal tissues, a small number of maternal cells migrate into fetal tissues, and can persist for ever.

This outstanding phenomenon, where a small number of cells that are genetically different from the rest of the mother, is known as microchimerism. Pregnancy is thought to be the most common cause of microchimerism, and just as the mother obtains cells from her fetus, maternal cells also make their way into fetal tissues, where they may impact development of the brain and the immune system.

Researchers observed these fetal cells migrating to the damaged cardiac tissue, where they transformed into vital heart components, including smooth muscle cells, blood vessel cells, and cardiomyocytes.
Even more remarkable, when grown in lab cultures, these cells began beating on their own, demonstrating real cardiac functionality. The findings, unveiled at the American Heart Association’s Scientific Sessions and published in Circulation Research, suggest a natural regenerative mechanism activated during pregnancy.

A new study suggests difficult or toxic people in your social circle may actually speed up biological ageing. Researchers found stressful relationships can increase inflammation and accelerate ageing markers, highlighting how social stress affects.

A new study published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences suggests that difficult or stressful individuals in one’s social network may accelerate biological ageing.

these effects can contribute to what researchers call accelerated biological ageing,

Positive social connections are widely recognised as an important factor for longevity and wellbeing. According to the National Institute on Aging, strong relationships with friends and family can improve emotional health, reduce stress and even lower the risk of certain chronic diseases.

Walking more each day is one of the most powerful trait linked to living longer, and the biggest gains happen when you go from very low steps to moderate steps—not when you chase extreme step counts.

* Soon after eating (within ~30–60 minutes) and light-to-moderate intensity is typically enough to improve post-meal glycemia.
* Even breaking up sitting with short bouts of light walking can help—suggesting you don’t need a “workout,” you need muscle activity at the right time.

Walking can be a great immune booster ✨ Walking can help protect the body during cold and flu season. ✨🌱

A study in over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less✨

Fascinatingly, the heart had its very own nervous system that could function independently of the brain! Affectionately called “the little brain” of the heart, it became a point of fascination in the field—why does the heart need its own nervous system anyway? How does it help the heart function? It also became a potential target for the vagus nerve. Could a connection between the brain and the “little brain” be the key to restoring heart health?

Researchers found that unlike neurons of the brain, which are often defined by the chemical they release – either ones that augment or depress activity, etc. – neurons of the heart had much more fluid expression of these chemicals. It was as if the heart’s neurons contained multiple identities. The various permutations and combinations allow the neurons in the “little brain” to fine tune how the heart responds to signals from the brain.

Every organ responds to your emotions. Every cell is controlled by your emotions.

Positive emotions bring healing while negative thoughts delay it.

After 20 years of studying aging at the cellular level, Just looking at the sunrise can give each cell in the body a massive surge of energy, a metabolism switch, deep down to activating the cell energy, the mitochondria. The red and near-infrared light rays at sunrise stimulates the production of ATP, the main energy of the cell. Moreover, these rays can reduce inflammation and enhance muscle recovery.

Sunlight at Sunrise and Sunset boosts energy through:
