Stretch & Shine is your feel-good movement session!

Here’s what a class looks like;
🧘 Full-body stretching — stretches that open up your hips, hamstrings, chest and spine — all the tight spots from sleeping or sitting

✨ Mobility work — controlled movements to get your joints flowing freely (think slow circles, reach-and-hold)

💫 Core activation — light, low-impact moves to switch your muscles on without killing yourself
Every session is different — sometimes we target specific joints, but always we’re moving the body in ways you just don’t get in your day-to-day life. This frees up connective tissue and leaves you feeling loose, open and restored. 🤍

No high intensity — just movement that makes you feel human again. Perfect for mornings, rest days, or anytime your body needs a reset.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

How 9 months can change a lot in your life…

Stretch & Shine began last July — born from a simple question I threw out on Instagram: “Would you like shorter classes?”
And wow… you answered.
What started as an idea has become a routine, a habit, and for so many of you — a non-negotiable part of your week.

Ever think your shoulder pain might not actually be your shoulder? 🤔

The body is one connected system — tight or restricted hips (especially one side) can show up as pain or stiffness in the opposite shoulder, and vice versa.

If one area isn’t moving well, another has to pick up the slack… and that’s where discomfort creeps in.
Start looking at your body as a whole, not just the sore spot — that’s where real change happens 🙌
If this sounds familiar, it might be time to check what your hips are doing too 👀

If your shoulder issue keeps coming back, it’s actually very common for the root cause to be coming from somewhere else — especially the opposite hip.

The body works in connected chains (often referred to as cross-body or sling systems), so tightness or restriction in one area can place extra strain somewhere completely different. For example, if your right shoulder is bothering you, it can often link to tightness or weakness in your left hip. When that hip isn’t moving well, your body compensates — and the shoulder ends up overworking.

A simple way to start addressing this is by opening up the opposite hip:
Rotational hip mobility work

At the same time, keep the shoulder gently moving — think mobility, not aggressive stretching.
The key is balance:
👉 Free up the hip
👉 Reduce the load on the shoulder
👉 Let the body move more efficiently as a whole

If it’s a recurring issue, it’s less about “fixing” the shoulder and more about looking at the bigger picture of how your body is moving.
