‘Whether there’s 1 or 21 we train - Rain or Shine’

Thanks to the great UBFit Crew who turned up for our 9.15AM Saturday workout - normally outside in Toft Park but I moved it to our “Gym on The Prom” due to weather .. then a welcoming cuppa in COCOs where Chris became an Honorary Member for the morning!
