Sundays equine-guided empowerment unfolded under the energy of the Fire Horse.
An energy that derives from cool power, as coined by my mentor — a steady, embodied force that doesn’t rush, doesn’t collapse, and doesn’t perform.
It simply is. Sovereign.
It moves with clarity rather than urgency.
With presence rather than pressure.
With truth rather than noise.
This is the energy the horses mirror.
And the energy we are invited to remember within ourselves.
As always, the herd arrived right on time.
They moved through the space with quiet precision, touching the places within us that were ready to be seen, softened, and felt. Their presence became a mirror — reflecting truth without judgment, offering connection without demand.
As we flowed through somatic practices, the horses stayed close, continuing their gentle check-ins, holding the energetic field with us. Together, we welcomed anger, fear, and abandonment — not as problems to fix, but as parts of ourselves asking to be met.
We spoke to those places.
We listened.
We softened.
And in that softness, something powerful emerged.
A softness that strengthens wisdom.
That sharpens clarity.
That anchors truth.
This is the work.
Not becoming more.
But remembering what is already here.
