I know the bikini pics might lead you to believe it’s all about the aesthetic - and I won’t lie I’m happiest and most confident in my body when it’s more muscular 🤝

But the reason I’ve been showing up for over a decade - goes a lot deeper than vanity and how I look 👀

Training has got me through times in my life I didn’t know how I’d get through. Training helps my mental health in ways nothing else can. Training has shown me how capable and resilient I am.

A bi product of having a jacked physique is a nice bonus - but it’s definitely not what makes me go on the days i don’t want to be there. And honestly, I think when you tie your worth to your body - it’s very easy to quit on training!

This is one of the main reasons I organise a confidence call before you start. This isn’t a cookie cutter programme or pay in a cart programme - this is a life changing experience 🫷

And honestly, not everyone is ready to totally change their lives and stop trapping themselves by their excuses 🫪

I know there’s some women looking at these holiday photos - thinking ‘who does she think she is?’

Or ‘she’s so full of herself’

Or ‘she’s so cocky’

And I know all of this because I was that very person saying those things about other women.

I hope one day you feel confident enough to take that bikini photo.

Or wear those shorts.

Or stop hiding behind your partner/friends in photos.

It’s not about a clothes size or being lean.

It’s a feeling that you’re doing your best. You’re proud of the way you’re treating your body. You’re not starving - you’re fuelled. You’re not burned out from exercise - you’re stronger. You’re not running on empty - you’re prioritising food.

I hope one day you realise you don’t need to just survive - you have the ability to thrive.

Food freedom DOES NOT mean eating whatever the hell you want 🫠 And if you do that - be prepared to feel like 💩

Food freedom does mean not having fear, guilt or shame around food. But it also means responsibility. Responsibility to nourish your body and fueling it with what it needs 💪

Sometimes we get lost in the idea of being able to eat chocolate without guilt that we forget about the core macronutrients we need to FEEL AMAZING 🤩

Having that BALANCE of the foods you enjoy alongside the nutrient dense foods that fuel you, energise you and make you feel good should always be the priority 🙌💪

Just because I’m a nutritionist does not mean I’m judgemental 🤷‍♀️ I’m also 100% happy to help you - it’s just very hard to give feedback and information with little to no background 🫣

Nutrition coaching is highly nuanced and very specific to the individual- I wish there was blanket statements I could give you or generic advice (it would make my life easier 🫣). But unless I know all the facts - it’s impossible. And even more impossible when both of us have consumed alcohol 🤣
