It’s been a while. Life, health issues, changes… it’s all been a bit of a whirlwind. But today I finally got back to cooking, and it feels great!

I made spaghetti bolognese three ways:
1️⃣ The traditional way
2️⃣ With cream and very little veg
3️⃣ My version, packed with loads of goodness 🌿

Mine had grated carrot, grated courgette, tinned tomatoes, tomato purée, passata, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, red and white onions, all served on a bed of spinach.

By my count, that’s about 11 plant points in one meal! Considering you’re meant to aim for 30 a week, I’d say I’m off to a strong start 💪

Good for me, good for my gut, and absolutely delicious! 🍝💚

I don’t know about you, but I love spooky season! We love seeing our members enjoying Halloween fun with big smiles on their faces – whether that’s dressing up in spooky style or having fun at a pumpkin patch or Halloween party 👻.

Grace has lost more than 12st with Slimming World and now loves being creative with her clothes. She says: “Losing weight has given me my confidence back. I’m so much more outgoing.”
