I've just 2 places left for this beautiful event on New Year's Eve morning,

As soon as people who came along last year heard I was doing it again they booked in straight away,

You can lie on a provided Yoga mat or sit on a sofa or comfy chair,

I also provide blankets & cushions but you're welcome to bring your own,

I'm trained & qualified in both Breathwork & Sound..I've been teaching Breathwork for over two years & bringing Sound to the general community,schools,ASD Units,Advocates For Autism,Centres for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities for six years now,

We start with a full Breathwork Class & drift seamlessly into a full journey through Sound,

We finish up with tea,coffee,Herbal teas,homemade ginger & lemon tea,

Fresh brown bread,fresh fruit,eggs etc & of course chats,

It's an absolute steal at €25 & a peaceful way to step into our new year,shaking off all that we don't want to carry any longer,

LAST DAY FOR BUSINESS POSTS FROM ME!!

Between now & Christmas I'm not going to be posting about vouchers,cds or my therapies & workshops etc,

You all know what I do..you all know how to contact me if you want to book in for a pre-Christmas treatment or if you want to buy a voucher or cd by all means do contact me for them..I'm available for treatment appointments all week..if you want to book in for Gorey the booking link is in my bio,

It's bound to happen,

If you live with anxiety it can be difficult to not allow it to control you,

Then along comes Christmas season & it can triple or quadruple the triggers,

"How am I going to afford it",

"My social anxiety is really bad right now & I can't face into the work Christmas party etc,

"I'm grieving & just haven't the energy to be smiling at people..it's too much",

"The thoughts of being around family that I don't get on with is wrecking my head",

On & on it goes till it's spiralled out of control & you can't pull yourself out of it,

All of my therapies are designed to help ground,balance & relax you as well as help quieten the head,

Reiki in particular with Sound added in is particularly good at helping with all of the above,

Go easy on yourself..invest in yourself by taking the time to come along to me & be looked after,

My promise to you is that you'll leave feeling better able to cope than when you came in,

I've always loved the ritual of washing & clearing the basalt stones after a Hot Stone Massage,

Once they've soaked & I've gently scrubbed the oil off them..I leave them to dry naturally on a muslin cloth..I then gently wipe them & use Reiki clearing symbols on them to ensure there's no trace of the previous client's energy within them,

My client this morning left feeling like the soft,deep heat had melted right into her bones & taken all the aches away,

Included in the treatment is full body Hot Stone Massage including facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage..the flow of Reiki energy & Tibetan Singing Bowls ( with your consent ) on & around the body to help ground & balance you,

My ethos is that you leave feeling far better than when you arrived for your treatment,

SEOMRA SANGHA SHOWCASE

So very happy to announce that on Sunday January 18th 2026 there'll be an amazing event at Seomra Sangha Room 22 Gorey Business Park,

I opened the space in March of this year & throughout the year three wonderful facilitators have joined the journey of my spiritual community room,

We'll be showcasing what we do here to encourage people to try alternative practices for their own self healing,

If you'd like to try Massage its €20 for 20 minutes,
In the morning,myself & Dominika of will be offering 7 slots each of different types of Massage..more info on what's on offer in another post soon,

In the afternoon all four of us will present our chosen modality in 30 minute sessions..€20 per session,

with Sound Bath,

You can book in for one treatment or class or you can turn it into a half day retreat for yourself,

There will be discounts if you book 3 or more,
