In a Holistic sense, holding space is about creating a safe, nurturing environment where someone can simply be themselves, without judgment, without pressure, and without needing to have everything figured out.
It’s the gentle act of being fully present with another person.
Listening not just to their words, but to their emotions, their energy, and their unspoken experiences.
Holding space means:
Allowing someone to feel seen and heard
Supporting without trying to fix or control
Offering compassion, patience, and understanding
Trusting their journey while walking beside them
It’s not about having all the answers, but it is about creating the space where answers can unfold naturally.
