Healthy Hormones Yoga Workshop
Yoga for healthy & happy hormones workshop being held on Saturday January 28th from 10:30 - 1:00pm in Citywest.
What have hormones got to do with your health - Plenty. Come along and find out how hormones impact your health, how yoga can help with regulating your hormones and learn a simple yoga balancing sequence that you can practice at home. During this workshop you will be provided with information and practices you can apply to your daily life to help support healthy hormones and improve your physical, mental and emotional health.
Yoga can be helpful for conditions including: PMS, irregular cycles, cramps, mood swings, thyroid imbalance, chronic stress, fertility issues, insomnia, menopausal symptoms and more!!
This workshop is suitable for women of all ages who are interested in using yoga to help maintain a healthy hormonal balance.
