Last week, my youngest turned ONE.
A whole year of cuddles, milestones, sleepless nights, and the purest love imaginable. As I celebrate this precious little soul, I find myself reflecting on how motherhood has transformed me in ways I never could have imagined.
Being a mum of two has taught me what it truly means to hold space—for my children, for my dreams, and for myself.
It’s a delicate dance between giving endlessly and learning when to pause, breathe, and receive. It’s finding softness in the chaos and grace in imperfection.
In the past year, I’ve not only watched my baby grow, but I’ve grown too. Continuing my studies, investing in my personal and professional development, and exploring new levels of body awareness have all deepened my connection to myself. I’ve learned that femininity is so much more than what we often imagine—it’s strength woven with vulnerability, intuition paired with courage, and the quiet power of embracing change.
As I celebrate this milestone for my youngest, I also celebrate the woman I am becoming.
A mother, a student, a seeker, and someone who is continuously learning to honour the balance of giving and receiving.
Here’s to the beauty of growth—for me, for my family and for everyone's journey ahead.
