We wanted to let you all know that our Slimming World Headford with Pauline group will be closing for the moment.

Please know that we’re doing absolutely everything we can behind the scenes to find someone who will do the role – and you ,our members – justice.

This group means so much to us, and this isn’t a goodbye, just a pause while we work on the best possible solution. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and let you know as soon as we have news to share.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support – it truly means the world 💫

In the meantime, Slimming World Claregalway/Tuam with Carmel runs in O'Toole's SuperValu Tuam every Wednesday and in Claregalway every Tuesday evening

I met my lovely friend Orlagh Kinnucane on Sunday, and I can only say she looks amazing having lost 4 stone since January last, while attending Slimming World Galway with Maura. A true inspiration.

✨ Graduation Day! ✨

Despite Storm Amy doing her very best to keep me grounded, I’m so proud (and a little amazed!) to say that I made it to the UK on Saturday for my final training and graduation at Slimming World HQ! 🎓💚

It was a lovely weekend, full of inspiration, laughter, and that signature Slimming World sparkle.

A huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Carmel Slimming World Claregalway/Tuam with Carmel who has guided my own weight loss journey with wisdom, motivation and inspiration and to Maura Slimming World Galway with Maura our amazing Team Developer for her dedication, encouragement, and warmth throughout my Consultant journey. You have both truly made the experience unforgettable. 🙏

Feeling oh so grateful, accomplished, and excited for the next chapter, helping others discover the confidence, freedom, and joy that comes from following Slimming World's wonderful healthy eating plan, Food Optimising, and Slimming World's activity program, Body Magic. 🌟
