Thank you for every ounce of love, joy and cuddles.
You were my bundle of joy, my world, my everything for the last ten beautiful years. You came to me unexpectedly — and we were made for each other.

And though you left unexpectedly, you have never truly gone.
You live forever in my heart — now, always, and beyond.

I feel you with me.
I hear you. I sense you.
I know you walk beside me still — my familiar, my ally, my companion, my love.

As I browse through the videos, I am so deeply grateful for them.
They bring me such joy — watching you frolicking in the rock pools, running free on the beach, scaling up and down the cliffs along the wild Atlantic coast, and wandering with me through forests and woodland paths.

Thank you for all the adventures we shared together.
They were magical.
They were wonderful.

You were my joy in this world, and I know you are my animal guide now, in the spirit world, watching over me with the same devotion you always gave so freely.

Thank you from the depths of my heart, Colby.
You are the best part of my life.

🌾 Lughnasadh Yoga Flow ☀️✨
A sacred practice to honour the turning of the Celtic Wheel of the Year.

Lughnasadh marks the midpoint between the Summer Solstice & Autumn Equinox—a celebration of the first harvest, of joy, labour, transformation & rebirth.

Rooted in Irish myth, this is the time when the demi-sun god Lúgh honoured his mother Tailtiu with games, feasting & poetry. It was a time to gather, to celebrate, to give thanks.

In this gentle flow, we:
🌞 Honour the light of the sun and the abundance of the earth
🌾 Reflect on the harvest within our own lives
🔥 Store the sun’s energy for the darker days ahead
💛 Move with gratitude for all that has ripened

Props: blocks, cushions, whatever supports you.
Create sacred space: light a candle 🕯, burn incense, play soft music.

This practice is offered with love and reverence—may it nourish you deeply.

🌾 Lughnasadh / Lúnasa Blessings 🌞

We’re now crossing a powerful seasonal threshold on the Celtic Wheel of the Year…

Lughnasadh (pronounced Loo-nah-sah) falls around August 1st and marks the first of the harvest festivals—a time to gather, give thanks, and honour both the fullness of life and the beginning of its descent.

This sacred festival is rooted in ancient Irish tradition and mythology. It celebrates the god Lugh and his foster mother Tailtiu, whose death brought fertility to the land.

Traditionally marked by hilltop gatherings, games, feasting, and berry picking, Lúnasa invites us to pause and reflect:

✨ What am I harvesting in my own life?
✨ What have I cultivated with care?
✨ What needs to be honoured or released?

This powerful Ashtanga Yoga flow is created to align with the Full Moon — a time of release, illumination, and embodied gratitude.

As the moon reaches her peak, let her light guide you to shed what no longer serves and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Capricorn energy invites us to root into stability, determination, and long-term vision. This sign rules the joints, bones, knees, skin, and gallbladder, so today’s practice offers support and strength to these areas of the body.

🌕 Full Moon in Capricorn ♑️ July 10th,

This grounded and determined Full Moon shines a bright light on our relationship with responsibility, structure, and success — inviting us to reflect on what’s truly worth striving for.

Capricorn, the mystical Sea Goat, has the unique power to climb the highest peaks of ambition while also diving into the ocean of emotion. Under this lunation, we are asked to do the same — to pause, feel, and evaluate what is supporting our long-term vision… and what is no longer aligned.

This is a powerful time to ask:

🔹 What am I clinging to out of control or fear?
🔹 Where do I need to be more responsible — or allow myself to share the load?
🔹 What patterns are preventing me from managing my time, energy, or priorities?
🔹 What’s in the way of the success, recognition, or stability I long for?

Take a breath. Look from a higher vantage point. Then drop down into your emotional truth.
Capricorn teaches us that mastery doesn’t come from control — it comes from clarity, self-respect, and wise choices.

🌬️ Full Moon Releasing Ritual
1. Light a candle and take a few deep breaths.
2. Write down what you are ready to release — fears, habits, beliefs, or expectations around control, success, or your role in the world.
3. Read your list aloud under the moonlight, or in sacred space.
4. Burn the paper safely (or tear and bury it), with gratitude.
5. Close with: “I release what no longer serves me. I make space for alignment, flow, and wise action.”
