Mondays · 7:45–9:00 pm
When we lengthen the body’s longer muscles — the legs, back, and hips — we create space for breath, energy, and ease to move freely.
This class combines mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork to soften what’s tight, release what’s held, and find calm from the inside out. 🌾
