We are already in Celtic Winter since Samhain on November 1st — the season of the Water Element… slowing down, conserving energy, nourishing the kidneys and our inner storehouse.
To strengthen Water, we support Metal energy — lungs + large intestine — helping the body release what no longer serves, creating space for what truly supports us.
The magic of these ancient practices is in the connection to breath — the bridge between the outer world and our inner world.
In this session we’ll explore:
• Metal pathways – chest, upper body, lungs, arms, shoulder blade + back of neck
• Urinary Bladder pathway – the whole back line of the body
• Kidney pathways – lower back, inner thighs + front body
Chest opening, forward folds, backbends and deep release in neck + shoulders (where we hold responsibility + pressure) will support this transition into winter’s quieter wisdom.
A morning to turn inward, soften, boost immune strength and direct energy intentionally — so there is enough energy for what really matters.
