Reflexology is accredited by most major health insurers in Ireland 🙌

That means you may be able to claim back part of the cost of your treatments, depending on your individual policy.

If you’re considering booking a session, it’s always worth checking with your health insurance provider to see what’s covered under your plan.

Investing in your wellbeing could be more affordable than you think.

If you have any questions about treatments or receipts for insurance claims, feel free to get in touch!

Happy New Year to you all! I’m excited for what this year will bring 🤩

As many of you already know, the job I have had since I returned to Ireland in 2020 is no more. Our dentist, Gerry has retired (and rightly so- he’s earned it!!) But this means my time has freed up (well sort of if you don’t count kids or housework but who isn’t balancing that!)

I will be extending my reflexology days to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with extended hours on Wednesday evenings.

Please feel free to message me to book an appointment or to ask any questions.

I’m excited to welcome back my lovely clients from 2025 and meet some new feet in 2026 👣

As the excitement of midterm break and Halloween fades, many of us start to feel that seasonal dip in energy. The colder days, heavier air, and changeable weather can leave us more vulnerable to fatigue and colds. November offers the perfect opportunity to pause…a quiet, reflective month before the sparkle and busyness of December begins.

It’s a time to refuel, strengthen your immune system, and restore balance from within. Reflexology is a deeply supportive way to do this. By applying gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet, it helps stimulate lymphatic flow, boost circulation, and encourage the body’s natural detoxification process. This helps your immune system function more efficiently, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more resilient.

Beyond the physical benefits, reflexology offers space for deep rest… calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and restoring harmony to body and mind. Take this time in November to nourish yourself before the festive season begins.

Give your immune system the support it needs and allow your body to find its natural rhythm again.

Limited appointments are available throughout November… contact me for more information or to book an appointment 👣

MEET YOUR REFLEXOLOGIST

Hello, I’m Fiona, a fully qualified Reflexologist and proud member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI).

I grew up here in Templenoe, and I now live in Kenmare with my fiancé Paul and our two boys, Freddie and Charlie. My journey to reflexology has been an unexpected but deeply fulfilling one.

Before discovering this path, I spent over two decades working in the hospitality industry, from hotels in Brussels, Baltimore, and Chicago, to managing busy restaurants in New York City. My love of travel and connecting with people has always been at the heart of what I do.

When I returned home during the pandemic, I began working as a dental nurse in Kenmare, which reignited my interest in health and wellbeing. Wanting to do something more holistic to support others, I decided to train in reflexology with the Irish School of Reflexology in Dublin, under the guidance of Tatiana Grosso.

Balancing study with family life (and a newborn!) was challenging but so rewarding. I graduated in 2025 with a Distinction and have loved every moment since.

I’m passionate about helping people find balance and calm through the healing power of reflexology, a gentle, restorative treatment that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Menopause can be such a transformative (and sometimes challenging) time, with changes in mood, sleep, energy and body temperature all at once! Reflexology offers a beautiful, gentle way to bring your body and mind back into balance.

During a treatment, I focus on key points on the feet that help:
• Pituitary + Thyroid Glands- encourage hormone balance
• Adrenals- to ease stress + support energy levels
• Ovaries + Uterus- to nurture the reproductive system
• Solar Plexus + Diaphragm- to calm the nervous system + promote deep relaxation
• Lymphatic System- to help with detox + reduce bloating or fluid retention

After a session, many clients describe feeling lighter + calmer, relaxed + rebalanced, and reconnected to themselves (both physically + emotionally).

Reflexology can be such a comforting support through menopause, helping you feel more at ease in your own skin.

I recently started watching Grey's Anatomy (I know, I'm about 20 years late) but I heard this line while (finally) catching up, and it stayed with me.

The truth is, no one gets through life without some form of pain — whether it’s physical, emotional, or both.

As a reflexologist, my focus is helping people manage pain in a gentle, non-invasive way. Reflexology works through the feet, but its effects go far beyond them. The feet can tell me a lot — about tension, stress, imbalance — even things you might not have put into words yet.

It’s not about promising a pain-free life. It’s about supporting your body and mind in a way that helps you feel better, more balanced, and more in control of how you move through whatever you’re dealing with.

Because healing doesn’t have to be harsh. Sometimes, it starts with something as simple as your feet.
