Carol is a midwife and look at how her life has changed 💖💖

In July 2016 ill health came to my door with a bang 😥 I lost my identity & daily life became a constant struggle.😢

I developed chronic fatigue, was in bed 20hrs a day, my body was full of inflammation with aches & pains all over, my immune system was depleted, i had sleep disturbance every night, I'd no energy and my mood became low. I couldnt look after my own kids for months💔

Anyway 2015 wasn't a great year for me and til May 2016 I was eating so much, being unhealthy and not being active, so had no confidence socialising and always being negative. 17 stone and 40 waist size I got up to. Then I saw the photo of myself at my sisters wedding and knew I had to change as I just cried.

After trying many diets nothing ever worked or was enjoyable. I started taking shakes, Boosters and premium capsules (Platinum package) with healthy eating and drinking water. Adding cardio workout an hour a day 3-4 days a week.
