One thing I’ve learned working in this space is that there are a lot of misconceptions about our industry.

But when you really look at the structure of most businesses, team-based models exist everywhere.

What excites me most about what we’re building at Beyond Beauty Club is the flexibility of the hybrid model.
Some people want to build a business.
Others simply want to share products they genuinely love and earn through affiliate links.

And our model makes space for both.
Creators, product lovers and entrepreneurs can all find their own path within the same opportunity.

Different goals. Different paths. One opportunity.
I’m always curious to hear people’s thoughts on where this industry is heading.

I used to think I needed a 10-step skincare routine to have good skin…
Turns out I was overdoing it 🙃

Now in my 40s, my skin has never looked better and my routine is honestly so simple it almost feels boring.
The biggest change? Not more products… just the RIGHT ones for my skin.
My skin is softer, clearer, and I barely wear foundation anymore just a hint of a tint and I’m good 🤎

My daily routine is literally:
• Cleanse
• Tone
• Retinoid/serum
• Moisturiser
• Collagen drink

That’s it.
I think the real difference came when my skincare was actually personalised to me.

Real life “get unready with me” tonight… kids shouting, camera slipping, and me noticing a few new grey hairs 👀
Also clocking a little chin breakout ... which honestly doesn’t stress me out anymore.

Your skin is a very clever organ. It reflects what’s happening inside your body… sleep, stress, nutrition, hormones, even when you introduce something new like a retinoid.
What I love about this one is that I don’t get the dry, flaky stage people always talk about. Sometimes it just brings underlying congestion to the surface so your skin can clear it properly , which is actually part of the process.
I’m 42 and my skin has genuinely never felt better. Softer, clearer, and stronger.
Personalised skincare really is where it’s at.
And yes… I wish you could feel how soft my skin is through the screen right now 🤭

Today I pitched to another business… and honestly, I took it as a huge compliment.
Not everyone sees it that way though.

Apparently reaching out from one businesswoman to another and asking
“Would you be open to taking a look?”
is considered… audacious.
The audacity of someone reaching out.
The audacity of me wanting to work with a select group of people.
The audacity of me wanting to work with the best.

Wild, right?
But here’s the thing…
Most people don’t stay in the same job for life anymore, yet some people are still operating like it’s 1995.
“Protect the team.”
“Don’t let them look elsewhere.”

Listen Barbara… if someone can be “stolen” from your team, they were already looking for the door.
People make their own decisions.
They stay for the same reason they leave:
They either feel valued… or they don’t.

I’m building something different.
If you’re ambitious, open-minded and know your worth…
You’ll understand exactly why I reached out.

This isn’t my first rodeo in social selling.
And honestly, that experience has become my superpower.

When you’ve been in this space before, you learn how to properly audit a company. You quickly see what truly aligns… and what’s just outdated systems dressed up as opportunity.

I’ve been in places where the products didn’t feel right, the systems felt old, and new ideas were constantly shut down. Eventually it just became an ick, and I stepped away.

I still loved the industry , I just didn’t think I’d find a company that genuinely ticked all the boxes.

Then I discovered Beyond Beauty Club.
It immediately felt Modern. Relevant. Built for how business and consumers are evolving today.

Sometimes experience teaches you the most valuable lesson in business: recognising when you’ve finally found the right company at the right time.

I’m 42 and I refuse to believe my biggest decade is behind me.

I’m a mam.
I run a business.
I can wear Jimmy Choo’s and still bleach my own floors.
Before I was a wife and a mam… I was me.
Ambitious. Driven. Capable of more.
That doesn’t disappear.

Last weekend was a reminder of what happens when you put the right women in the same room.

We talked growth.
We planned next quarter.
We laughed hard.
We celebrated wins.

Yes, I joined originally for products.
But I stayed for the standard, the opportunities.

For the kind of women who think long-term.
Who build properly.
Who want success and enjoy the process.

If you’re ambitious and know you’re capable of more, you don’t need hype.
You need the right room.

I’m 42.
This is why my skin looks better now than it did at 35.

I’m the woman who takes her makeup off.
No matter how late it is.
I don’t fall into bed anymore.
I don’t guess with products.
I don’t copy 25-year-old routines.
