✨ To the women in this industry who’ve ever felt “locked in”… this is for you.

We’re told to think like businesswomen .. yet so many are still made to feel guilty for even considering change. I recently spoke with someone who felt she had to stay in her company forever, and it broke my heart.

Every skill you admire in others was built through reps.
