Tera Mai Reiki Level 1 is a gentle and grounding introduction to energy healing, and it is where your Reiki journey begins. I often meet people who feel drawn to Reiki but are not quite sure where to start, this level is designed exactly for that. You do not need any experience at all, just an open mind and a bit of curiosity. It is about learning to work with energy in a simple, practical way, for yourself first and then for others.

I will be sharing this as a relaxed, supportive one day workshop, with plenty of time to practise, ask questions and really settle into the learning. It is very hands on, very human and very much rooted in everyday life, not something that feels out of reach or overly complicated.

VibraLite One Healing Foundation Training, coming to Kerry.

VibraLite is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that works with light, sound, sacred geometry and vibration to support deep balance and alignment. It helps calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages and reconnect you with your natural state of ease and clarity.

Vibralite 1 is the foundation level, designed to introduce you to the energy, teach you how to work safely and intuitively, and support your own personal healing as well as healing for others. It is suitable for beginners and for those already working in holistic or spiritual practices.

This in person training takes place in Kerry, lasts approximately four hours and includes a nourishing lunch.
