It's probably been 20 years since I opened this book.😲
Really going back to basics.
First steps in Counselling by Ursula O’Farrell written especially for those new to the field. From understanding counselling concepts—from establishing the counselling relationship and developing core listening skills to understanding the counsellor’s self-awareness and professional responsibilities and much much more. Still regarded as an important introductory text to the counselling field.

One of the best ways to help regulate the nervous system.
I spent a couple of hours cycling along our beautiful coastline. After what seems like a month of storms the sun and blue sky finally made an appearance. For now anyway!!
