GOOGLE rolled out the red (green, yellow and blue) carpet for me this morning!

Delivering breathwork to a busy team who need to keep focus, motivation and clarity at this demanding time of year - where expectations are high.

I was met with an enthusiastic leader who sang the praises of his team and all the hard work thus far for their customers and business overall.

After a quick overview of the benefits of breathwork we were straight down to business, closed down the eyes and fully engaged in the breathwork technique.

There was a shift in the room, a quietening, a clarity, a sense of calm and focus.

Take care of your people and you take care of your performance.

Simple. Human. Effective.

GOOGLE rolled out the red (blue,yellow and green) carpet for me today!

We can’t control outcomes, we can only control how we show up and what we do.homeofhair was one of my very first coaching clients a few years ago and we did phenomenal work together.
It was so flattering and reaffirming to get a shout out yesterday at the Sustainable Business Network Launch from Susan naming our coaching sessions as the laying of the fundamental foundation for her business growth.

We are all capable of great things, along the way we will need support, self belief and a whole load of resilience.

So proud of you Susan and I’m always cheering you on from the sidelines.
