Definitely worth checking out. An easy relaxing and positive way to move gently into 2022..

This is one event that will not be cancelled.

I move with a willingness to be surprised. I move with my breath. I move with love. I move with curiosity. I move with my center. I move with ease. I move with thousands of souls I’ve never met but am profoundly connected to.

If you signed up for Move - A 30 Day Yoga Journey, this should be in your inbox soon along with my biggest pro tip for the home practice.

For try this easy pan-fried sea bass with spicy butter bean stew. It makes a great nourishing dinner for all seasons and is cooked in minutes. The combination of the butter beans and the smokiness of the chorizo work really well with the fish. ⠀

Like a pinch of salt? Well as well as standard table salt there's Celtic, Himalayan, kosher and sea salt. While there are few nutritional differences between them, unrefined salts contain fewer additives so are preferred. Other differences relate to texture, grain size and flavour.
Note it is recommended to limit your salt intake to 5g per day (1 teaspoon) and keep an eye out for hidden salt in all processed foods (especially soups and sauces).
