Limerick Sports & Physical Therapy Clinic Based in County Limerick we are a mobile team that is available to work at team events but also cate Erin Tuohy - Former Irish eventer.

Meet the team:
Brian Tuohy - Former Ireland 'A' and Connacht pro rugby player. Aidan McAuliffe - Former Limerick Intermediate hurler. Physical therapy is an holistic and patient-centered approach focusing on the manual treatment of the soft tissue - muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia. Therapists use highly skilled, hands-on techniques to diagnose, prevent or treat underlying conditions and problems. It is based on health science principles and works alongside other health care practices. Physical therapy is founded on a tradition which recognises and values the healing properties of touch. It is proven as being very safe, non-invasive and is of course, drug free. Each treatment is individually tailored. The therapist, after carefully noting your history and completing a thorough physical examination will devise a treatment plan which may include suggesting appropriate changes to lifestyle, work practice or exercise. Just about recovered after "Battle of Ballinspittle duathlon"... Now I know why its called "Battle"....Those hills were tough work but the weather was fab so made it that bit easier :-)
Ended up getting another puncture, but a very kind competitor by the name of Martin stopped and got me back on the road...
Thanks to Kinsale Triclub and everyone involved for a great event.
