Love this , & so true. Wer our own worst critics & no ones as hard on us as we are on ourslves. Berating ourselves in our heads over & over. Wer all flawed, doing our best, stumbling , getting up, learning & trying again !
Be mindful of allowing self compassion : )

Hope everyone has a Happy Easter 🐣🐰 remember to take a time - out, down time or chill time ! Having a to-do list 20 miles long or constantly going 90 miles an hour is not a badge of honor. Stress should not be glorified or 'the norm '. Of course wev responsibilities to tend to, but allow yourself some guilt free rest, or some calm, pleasant leisure time 😊 wer human beings after all, not human doings !
