Even as we get older , it seems wev to justify not drinking ! It is a drug after all. Time to re evaluate old outdated habits! No hangxiety or regret , feels good to wake up rested , with a gratitude & zest for life !

Boundaries = what's ok and what isn't ok .
Figure out a compromise that honours both people, but don't say yes (to every demand) if it will stress you too much 🙂
