Patterns live in the nervous system.

In breath, posture, muscle tone, impulse.

They were intelligent responses to moments that felt too much.

Somatic therapy supports the body to update its responses.

As the body learns new pathways, the old ones loosen their grip.

And life begins to be lived from choice, not conditioning.

Meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts.

It trains attention, expands awareness, and refines your consciousness state.

Thoughts still arise.

Sensations still move.

Emotions still happen.

But instead of being pulled, hijacked, or overwhelmed, you begin to relate differently.

Space opens.

Clarity returns.

Choice comes back online.

Meditation doesn’t eliminate your experience.

It changes your relationship to it.

And radically alters your experience of life🕺

It’s your body’s way of keeping you safe when softness once felt too risky.

Dearmouring is the process of returning to yourself.

Of letting safety replace fear.

Of allowing the armour to melt, not through force, but through presence, permission, and care.

Today Saturn, Mars and Mercury are exactly conjunct so people's frustrations are rising up and they can be going into story around them.

But that is not the invitation.

Today is also Akshaya Tritya, the most auspicious day of the year. Akshaya means that which doesn't diminish or decay.

So what is set in motion today continues.

So, notice the energy you're maintaining because this shapes what comes next.

Thought keeps circling what it already knows.

Clarity sits outside that loop.

You are not the thoughts.

You are the awareness that holds it all.

As you know yourself at this level, the whole of life transforms.

This is a trainable capacity.

When the body feels safe, understanding can begin to translate into choice and action.
