Hospital Family Resource Centre Launches Six Week Family Yoga Course are starting a six week Family Yoga Course, beginning Tuesday, 28 April, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The programme is designed specifically for parents or guardians and their children aged 7 years +. Course costs €20 per family.

This tailored programme supports families in building healthy habits, strengthening bonds, and learning practical tools for wellbeing. Some of the key benefits include:

This is the final week to express your interest in group play therapy sessions, taking place in Glenbrohane over Saturday afternoons. The small group will be tailored around children of 4-7 years, and I am hoping to carry out parent meetings over the coming week.

Following on from my recent post about group play therapy sessions, I have had parents of children aged 5-6 years express an interest in a place for their child. I still have places available for 1-2 children of a similar age. If you have a child aged 4-7 years who would benefit from talking about their feelings and supporting emotional regulation through fun filled sessions with their peers using play and creative arts materials, please get in touch 🎭

I have closed my bookings for individual sessions for the remainder of this year, but I am considering opening small group sessions to take place over Saturday afternoons from August through to September. There will be a blend of play and creative arts offered at each session.

These groups would be tailored for children of similar ages with similar presenting concerns.
If you think you might be interested in a place for your child, please email me over the coming weeks and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Please send on your child’s age and a general idea of your reasons for referral. Please only get in touch if you are in a position to commit to a total of 6-8 weekly sessions, and if both parents are willing to give written consent for the child to participate.

Individual parent meetings will be held both before and after the block of sessions, and I hope to have these secured before the end of this month. Dates and pricing to be confirmed when groups have been coordinated.

Due to a lot of recent interest, I have expanded my private work in Glenbrohane, County Limerick, and am now offering sessions over both Saturdays and Mondays here. Saturdays are fully booked at the minute but I have some limited availability over the Mondays. I work over bank holidays so there will only be a few schooldays affected between this and the summer holidays, which are really only around the corner once the schools return after Easter!
