Yoga Plus was founded by Jenny Hannon and offers yoga classes in Limerick City designed for ‘bigger /curvier/abundant’ men and women.
Classes take place is a safe space where body positivity and self acceptance make up the core values of Yoga Plus.

FULLY BOOKED- The beginners Yoga Plus class for Monday nights is now fully booked.

STILL PLACES- there are still places in Wednesday night Yoga Plus class for those with some experience.

I will be leaving town at 6.30pm tomorrow if any TFY volunteers need a lift to Self Care Yoga class. The class will be gentle and inclusive of all body sizes and abilities so no yoga experience required.
