Like most of us I struggle this month following the post Christmas come down and the uncertainty that comes with a new year. If you, like me, for whatever reason be it health issues, home and family strains, financial or general feelings of unease find yourself in a rut dont ever underestimate the healing and grounding benefits of nature.
There is beauty in the simple and mundane aspects of our world.
This month just let yourself be.....whatever state you find yourself in...it is all part of your own unique journey as you find your feet in a New Year.
