This course offers more than just baby massage. You will also learn the techniques of Baby Reflexology, a powerful way to support your baby's development & well-being.
Some of the many benefits of massage & reflexology may include:
* Relief from colic & digestive discomfort
* Strengthen baby's immune system
* Calming and relaxing for both caregiver & baby.
* Improved sleep patterns.

This class is led by baby's needs. If you arrive and your baby is asleep, no need to wake him/her up. You can work on our very special weighted dolls. If you need to feed your baby this is a breastfeeding friendly space.
