Longford Physio Clinic is delighted to welcome Sile Delaney as a full time Chartered Physiotherapist to the team.

Sile has over 15 years experience in the private and public sector. Sile treats everything but particularly specialises in
- Neck pain
- Shoulder injuries
- Chronic low back pain

Sile will also be offering 1-1 physio-led Pilates assessment with classes to follow.

She will be available Mon- Fri for morning and afternoon appointments. You can contact us
