🌱 🙏🏻 Aromatherapy For Cold and Flu season 🌱🙏🏻
🌿 1. Tea Tree (Melaleuca)
Why it’s helpful: Cleansing, clarifying, and supportive to respiratory comfort.Ways to use it:
🦋Steam inhalation: Add 1 to 2 drops to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale gently for 5 minutes (keep eyes closed).
🦋Shower steam: Place 2 to 3 drops on the shower floor (away from direct water spray) for an aromatic boost.
🦋Diffusion: Use 3 to 4 drops in a diffuser to help purify the air and support clearer breathing.
🦋Tea Tree Balm (topical):Mix: 2 tablespoons carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, or shea butter)
🦋4–6 drops tea tree essential oil
