Led by experienced physiotherapists Ruth Allen & Nichola Hood, this small-group program is designed specifically for postnatal bodies. The classes focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and helping you return to movement safely and confidently.

Led by chartered physiotherapist Nichola Hood, each session focuses on safe, effective movement in a welcoming small-group environment.

• Easy-to-follow Pilates foundations
• Small class sizes with individual guidance
• Safe, physiotherapist-led exercise
• Progressive weekly sessions to build strength & control
