NEW ✨ A slower way to move has arrived in Macroom 🤍
Hatha Yoga offers a slow, mindful practice designed to support strength, flexibility and mobility in a safe and accessible way. With a focus on gentle, intentional movement and breath awareness, each class helps you build body awareness while deepening the connection between mind and body.
This is more than just movement — it’s space to properly switch off. Each session encourages the nervous system to slow down, promoting relaxation, mental clarity and an overall sense of balance and ease within the body.
Led by Megan, who completed her initial teacher training in Killarney in 2022 and has continued her studies across Ireland and in India. Her teaching blends Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Sound Healing — weaving mindful movement with moments of stillness to create classes that feel both grounding and gently energising. Her focus is on creating a warm, welcoming space where you can turn inward, explore movement and fully unwind.
