Johnny, predeceased by his Wife Annie, Parents Patrick and Bridget Curley, sisters Elizabeth Reilly and Evelyn Curley, brother-in-law John Reilly, Portacloy, and Tony O’Malley, uncles Edward and John Murray.

Johnny will be sadly missed by his Sisters Peggy Quinn (London), Mary Ann O Malley (Carratigue), Nora Tighe (Kilgalligan), Kathleen Tighe (Balla), Philomena Curley (London), brother Tony (Kilgalligan), brothers-in-law John Quinn, Danny Tighe and Martin Tighe, sister-in-law Sheila Curley, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends

Remains will be reposing at Healys Funeral Home, Barnatra (F26 DY62) on Saturday the 14th of March from 3 o’clock until 4.30 pm with removal to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Carratigue arriving at 5 30.

Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Kilgalligan Cemetery.

Paddy McGrath, Bangor Erris and formerly of Portacloy, Carrateigue, Ballina – peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at the Community Hospital, Belmullet on the 12th of March, 2026.

Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Mary, brothers Chris and Kevin and recently deceased sister Breege (Breda) O’Sullivan Cork.

Paddy will be sadly missed by his loving family brothers Seamus (Portacloy), Uinsionn (Glenamoy), sisters Mary (Shrataggle), Anne (Gorthmellia), Josephine (Galway), Margaret (Portacloy), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, Rosaleen and Donna, aunts, uncle, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Remains will be reposing at Healy’s Funeral Home, Barnatra (F26 DY62) on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.

Paddy’s funeral cortege will arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Carrateigue on Sunday afternoon for Funeral Mass at 2.30pm

Burial afterwards in Kilgalligan Cemetery.

John Peter Carey, Foxpoint, Barnatra, Ballina, Co. Mayo, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at The Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, surrounded by his loving family on 5th March 2026.

Predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary, sister Kathleen and brother Pat.

John will be sadly missed and always remembered by his heartbroken wife Mary, daughters Geraldine, Christina, Joanna and ​​​​​​​​​​​​Madalen, sons Johnny, Christopher and Jason, sisters Bridie Tighe (Ballycastle) and Mary, sons in law Graham, Alan, Gary and Raymond, daughters in law Vanessa, Sharon and Jennifer, sister in law Barbara (England), his 22 adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, his kind and caring neighbours and many friends.

Breda O’Sullivan, nee McGrath, Carrigaline and formerly of Portacloy, Ballina, Co. Mayo, on 18th February 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff at St. Finbarr’s Hospital.

Breda (Breege) predeceased by her parents Anthony and Mary and her brothers Chris and Kevin.

Renate, predeceased by her beloved partner Olaf.
