Welcome to my Safe Haven page.

Safe Haven is a Holistic business based in Mitchelstown, Co Cork. I offer Reiki treatments & EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) also known as the Tapping Technique.

I do Reiki Healing days in Mitchelstown & surrounding areas. If you are ill or if you don’t drive, I am also available to travel to your home on request. Distant Healing is also an option.
