I said goodbye to these beautiful ladies who have completed their Autumn 2025 Balanced Health Programme.

We shared a very special time together, and while I feel a little sad the course is over, I am also genuinely excited for this group.

They are truely ready to embrace their journey with Systematic Kinesiology, and whereever that takes them. Changes in their lives are already happening, and I wish each of them a life of vitality, joy and peace.❤️

Closing the doors this eve on the second last day of the 2025 Monaghan Autumn Balanced Health programme💕

Such a beautiful day of sharing, holding space for each other and genuine caring.

I thank my beautiful client, from the bottom of my heart, for attending, placing herself in a vunerable situation and contributing to the learning experience for these soon to be 'Kinesiology Balanced Health' graduates.

Our bodies are raw, they are energy, and they speak volumes!! You can either 'hear' what it has to say, or 'turn a deaf ear'!

If you want 'hear' - then Kinesiology is the body's way of 'communicating' through simple muscle testing techniques. And when that happens.....everything changes....forever!

Tomorrow, another Monaghan Balanced Health group will complete their programme and step forward into their future with Kinesiology. How fabulous🤗

Hopefully they will allow me a wee foto😂😂

It was a beautiful bright dawn each morning this week as I arose for intense and long days of advanced training in Applied Biomagnetic Therapy.

Its been almost sx years since I graduated in this amazing modality. And each year, this truely incredible man holds a conference to train his team of practitioners.

He shares with us his lastest research, emerging & innovative protocols, and trains us intensly on best practice in these areas.

The health issues addressed are always current, inclusive and take every aspect of what can contribute to an imbalance, into consideration.

I am buzzing with excitment, full to the brim with information, and exhausted...all at the same time😅😅

Looking forward to integrating these new protocols into my treatments next week🤗🤗🤗🤗

Its pouring rain, I mean POURING rain, as I sit and reflect on my past week in this space that I love you to visit🌻

With the heavy sounds of rain and wind outside, I cant help but think about all forms of life...human, animal, creature and plant...and the impact of our changing climate...my heart is heavy.

And...at the same time I am so inspired from my experiences this week.

It was a week where I was reminded of how precious it is to be alive🙏

I was also awakened again to how the fundamentals of what I do...in Kinesiology and Biomagnetic Therapy, can help address health imbalances across a wide variety of symptoms, and age groups!

This week, my client base ranged from ages of eight weeks to ninety three years of age!

LIFE & EXPERIENCE at its absolute bestl! How magnigicant💕

The best career decision I ever made in my life was to qualify as a Systematic Kinesiologist.

This Lady, Siobhan Gutrie, created the platform for me to explore, develop, transform and establish where I am today.

As a Systematic Kinesiologist since 2017, I am so so proud and humbled to be part of this 25 year celebration.

Thank you Siobhan for continuing to develop and promote this profound profession 🙏🙏

Today marks the 25th anniversary of The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in Ireland and we’re just getting started!

Twenty-five years ago, we set out with a simple goal: to make a real difference through our work. A lot has changed since then, the world, our industry, even the way we offer our trainings, but one thing hasn’t: our commitment to the people who make it all possible.

On a November evening in 1995, I first heard Brian Butler speak, and had no idea that it would change the trajectory of my life, forever.

My fascination with Systematic Kinesiology was instant – though I couldn’t have imagined where it would lead.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful to everyone who’s been part of our journey, and excited for what’s next.

Here’s to 25 years of learning, growing, and thriving and to the future we’re building together.

I had such a great day yesterday with Kinesiology Balanced Health graduates. While it was based here in Monaghan, many visited from other parts of the country🤗🤗.

They were participating in an Advanced Systematic Kinesiology course for Balanced Health graduates, learning new techniques and expanding their knowledge.

Life is a journey - and each step aims to move us - the direction....well we individually decide. Yesterday it was evident that these highly motivated individuals are moving forward. I am so lucky to have been in their energy space, and I learned so much from each of them🙏

And on this beautiful Autumnal evening I sit and look forward to the week ahead. I look forward to it as I have the privilege of working in my capacity as an Integrative Health Practitioner on a one to one basis with my clients. Sometimes I really do have to pinch myself...grateful doesn't even come close to explaining how I feel.

Sunday - a day for reflection, spiritual growth and thanksgiving🙏
